My name is Richard Cusato, owner of Technical Waterproofing. When I was 9 years old, my father would take me on weekends to his job site to work with him doing caulking and waterproofing. By the time I grew up and graduated from high school in 1980, I had enough knowledge and experience to become a contractor and start my own business. So, in 1985, I started Technical Waterproofing, and through the years in business, I have worked on some of the biggest projects in Los Angeles from the downtown Metro Rail, Getty Center, Cedar Sinai Medical Center, downtown high-rise buildings, LAX Airport, ships, and yachts to multi-million dollar homes in Beverly Hills and Malibu.
